Orders placed before 4 PM on a working day are dispatched within 48 hours. Metro addresses typically receive in 2 to 4 working days, the rest of India in 4 to 7. You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once a CPU, cooler or thermal-paste seal is broken it cannot be resold as new, so those are covered by warranty rather than returns.

Yes — choose assembly when you order parts, or start from a pre-built. Assembled machines are cable-managed, BIOS-updated, stress-tested as a whole system and shipped in transit-braced packaging with the GPU removed and boxed separately.
